Named after Oklahoma’s native son, Garth Brooks, the aesthetic designs for this bridge are an example of the Oklahoma Department of Transportation’s (“ODOT”) commitment to create aesthetically engaging bridges and highway infrastructure projects while implementing innovative cost savings measures, by storing and reusing custom form liners for multiple projects. For this bridge, CDR was asked to look into ODOT’s collection of form liner designs, to create an elegant yet economical addition to the state’s growing number of distinctly beautiful bridges.
