The Choctaw Road bridge’s aesthetics designs on the US-69 include a stampeding horse pattern on the outside faces of the parapet fascia; a River Stone pattern on the outside face of wing walls and piers; the Oklahoma peace shield bas-relief on the pier cap; and a River Stone pattern on the MSE retaining wall surfaces covering approximately 1,600 feet. This is one of several bridges that we included in the Calera Corridor Master Plan.
