The City Council of the City of Stockton, California has selected Creative Form Liners, Inc. to design and fabricate aesthetic enhancements for the I5/French Camp Road Interchange. Inspiration for this project will be derived from the surrounding natural environment of the California Delta and will include form liners, full color concrete structural FŌTERA™ panels, and embankment treatments.
